Dr. Steven Michael “Mike” Valdez has worked with Autrey Pharmacy since 2000. He began his career with the company as a student in the Brownsville Hanna High School Med Tech program. He obtained his Pharmacy Tech Registration and worked in that capacity until his acceptance into pharmacy school in 2006. Dr. Mike Valdez graduated from Texas A & M Irma Rangel College of Pharmacy in May 2010. He is a member of the College’s first inaugural graduating class. Dr. Mike Valdez is a staff Pharmacist, I. V. Certified Pharmacist, Nursing Home Consultant and also provides Medication Therapy Management services. Dr. Mike Valdez is engaged to Stephanie Sult.
Melinda Arzamendi, R.Ph.
Melinda Arzamendi has been with Autrey Pharmacy since 1994 and currently serves the company as Autrey Pharmacy’s Pharmacist-in-Charge. Melinda graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in May 1992. She is trained and certified as an I. V. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor and also assists the company with Nursing Home Consulting and Medication Therapy Management Services. Melinda has worked in various other pharmacies throughout the years and has served the community on career days at local schools, Neighborhood Crime Watch, etc. Melinda has a daughter and two sons.
Linda Autrey, R.Ph.
Linda Autrey, along with her husband Robert Autrey is a co-founder of Autrey Pharmacy and Autrey Pharmacy #2. She currently serves the company as Partner and Pharmacist. Linda graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in December 1977. She worked in various other pharmacies throughout Texas prior to opening Autrey Pharmacy in December 1991. Linda is a trained and certified I. V. Pharmacist and in addition works as a Preceptor with the Texas A& M College of Pharmacy. Linda along with her husband has two sons, Eric and Garret Autrey, who also work with Autrey Pharmacy as Business Managers. Linda Autrey has served the community through various activities and is currently a choir member at St. Luke’s Catholic Church.
Robert Autrey, R.Ph.
Robert Autrey, along with his wife Linda Autrey is a co-founder of Autrey Pharmacy and Autrey Pharmacy #2. He currently serves the company as Partner, Pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-Charge of Autrey Pharmacy #2. Robert graduated from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in August 1978. Robert is a trained and certified I. V. Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor. Robert also provides Nursing Home Pharmacy Consulting and Medication Therapy Management Services. Prior to opening Autrey Pharmacy in December 1991, Robert worked in various other pharmacies throughout Texas. Robert along with his wife has two sons Eric and Garret Autrey who also work with Autrey Pharmacy as Business Managers. Robert Autrey has served the community on various boards and is currently a Choir Director at St. Luke’s Catholic Church.
